Beginners
New starters with our club with no previous boxing experience should attend the Beginners class.
Children need to be at least eight years old to attend these sessions.
About the class
Our Beginners class will give members the chance to learn the basic skills of boxing. The classes are run by ABA qualified, CRB checked coaches.
What will I need?
You should ensure that you have:
- Comfortable training clothes and footwear.
- A bottle of water.
- Warm, dry clothes to change into after the session is complete.
Before spending money on gloves we have pairs available at the club that you are welcome to use while trying out the sport.

If you are interested, please come down to one of the classes and ask for Gordon Paris.
