Les's fitness challenge

After 30 years of training others to the highest standards of fitness I have decided to follow my own advice once again and get myself fit. But what does fit mean I hear you ask? Fit means fit for purpose. I am a 52 year old boxing coach and I manage quite well the way I am, however there comes a time in everyone’s life when you start thinking about mobility and being able to do the things that you want to do as opposed to the things your body allows you to do. If anyone is inspired to follow me through my daily journey and do what I do then I will be pleased as punch. You can follow my progress by checking in on this blog each day. Note: Always consult your doctor before embarking on any new fitness programme.
